Forget the Talent Agent/Talent Agency.
You're over your head. You're trying to be at a stage in an acting career for which you are NOT ready, thus your frustration.

Unless you have performed, in leading roles, for the last 10 -15 years, an Agent will not want to meet you.

Enroll in an acting class. You will get more value from an acting class, by talking with fellow acting students, as well as the acting teacher.

I know of a great agency! It has been around for a while now and they have great connections from videos to movie contracts. I love working with this particular woman. her name is Diamond. She originally was a musician that created the agency after building relationships and meeting local talent. email her at performingartsandtalent@yahoo.com. The name of the agency is The Ryan Bridgewater Agency

Well okay you can go online and find agencies., its up to you to figure out if you they're legimate agencies.
but i will list a few since I go to acting classes and agents are always there.
theres Bonnie Black, Jack Lippman, Bobby Ball, L.A Talent, Wallace Agency, Abrams Artists Agency, and a ton more. A lot of kids that go to my acting classes have Abrams Agency and they've become quite successful and booked many commercials. they have a website so just google the name and it'll direct you to their website

Also you should also realize that you have to get training so enroll in acting classes and start trying out for roles in theater.
