The easiest and quickest way to form a Dbdim7 is in this fashion: XX2323. Repeat the same formation in the fifth fret, the eighth fret, and the 11th fret. They are all Dbdim7ths.
I leave the method of forming the chord up to you.
Note: Obviously, the person giving a thumbs-down has not purchased the chord book called Leeds Guitar Dictionary, filled with 2,400 chords. Tsk, tsk.

Sure - You need a Db, E, and G. So: 0 4 2 0 X 0. Just mute the B string with your 2nd finger.

Barr the ninth fret- index finger 10th fret A string - ring finger 11th fret D string, don't play the 1st. and 2nd. string.

Like so many others, you have to do it a little at a time. Eventually it won't. Or move your frets up. Or retune your guitar(don't do that).
