And please, make it very simple, like an online thing or something where you dont have to call anyone. If this is not possible, I understand, but if anybody knows how, please tell me.

You, the actor do NOT decide in which are you will perform. The Talent Agent is the professional and will determine the area that is best for you. The agent may think you are better as a Spokesperson and not as a movie or theater actor. You do not control your acting career. Your Talent Agent is the professional and makes all decisions.

How many years did you study acting? Where did you go to acting school?

How many years? In which technique(s) did the school train you?

In which dance are you proficient: jazz, tap, ballet. What is your vocal range? Which instruments do you play?
In which which dialects are you proficient? In which foreign languages are you fluent?

No offense, but you have the wrong outlook. You should sing, act, etc. because you have a passion for it, not because you want to be rich and/or famous (discovered). Ask yourself if you would still want to sing or act if you knew you would never be famous or ever make a living wage... if the the answer is yes, then do it! There's so many agents, scouts, etc. that need to discover talent, you will be discovered if you are talented.

having an agent has helped a lot. even if you go to an audition and dont get it, its still very good practice. i am 14 and have been with an agency for a little over 4 months and i have not been happier. also, i have an acting coach, which has helped a ton. just be patient and believe in yourself

You probably should get an agent, some head shots, stuff like that. Be patient also. You might not get discovered all that fast.

Get out there, get an agent (if they charge you before you make money, they're a scam) and keep at it. Luck and perseverance.
