I've seen an arrangement by Vincenzo Calsolaro but there were only three barrs to it, it was a ploy, you had to pay $300.00 to join this classical guitar site, I've seen arrangements for piano, but not for classical guitar.I've asked, and searched the web for this for weeks my search also included teachers to no avail. Please HELP

I'm looking for some songs that I can possibly sing for my Senior Choir Audtion in March. I'm currently a Junior, and I'm currently singing Alto in a SATB choir. My range is appx. F3 - F5.

I'm planning on auditioning for the Senior Choir in March. I need:

Two songs for open audition (by different artists)(March 15)
One song for first callback (March 30)
One song for second callback (April 14)

So, basically I need four songs. One song that I was considering using would be 'Children Will Listen', from Sondheim's Into The Woods (Sung most notably by Bernadette Peters, starting in 1988).

I used 'Children' as my solo piece for our winter concert in December.

If anyone has any suggestions, I'd really appreciate it!

Thanks!

Cheers,

Rosefern

Hello! I'm auditioning for the drama and musical theatre programs at ESA on January 26th. I'm auditioning for grade 10. I've been taking singing lessons for several years and I went to a performing arts elementary school (by audition). I've already chosen my monologue and songs. I take dance classes. I just wanted to know what to expect at the audition (I've done auditions before but I'd like to know any info specific to this audition) and what life is like at the school. Thnx in advance!

Individually I always prefer Led Zep & DP as my fave groups.

1. (Deep Purple Boss - Keyboarder) Jon Lord said in his interview 1974: I like Beatles, but one can´t get always a great bright future career for 100 years, not even Elvis nor Lennon-Mc Cartney.
2. (Led Zep Boss - Guitarist) Jimmy Page said in his interview 1970: Beatles were great, but we are not the same band like them, our music is not very influenced from them. We are more concentrated in a Heavy Trashed Rock N Roll, a Blues tradition and a celtic folk elements, what Beatles had never got into them so much. In Fact, I´d taken my picture together along Mr. Lord & Mr. Page together. Iam proud to be a DP & Led Zep fan.

This one is for all of the audiophiles out there. What is the purpose of processors that produce speaker delays? Why would you want to purposely delay a signal? Is this for when multiple speaker clusters are used away from center stage and the delay is inserted to compensate for the inevitable doppler effect? If so, how? I'm kinda curious.....

Hello! Help much appreciated. It's about time for me to decide on a career- I love musical theatre and art. But the competition is unbelievable, and I get discouraged when people don't encourage me. To sing has been my dream since I was a kid, and I have loved art forever, but not with the fervency that I love the theatre, though some could argue that I'm better at art (though that may be because there is less obvious competition). Pursue my dreams with high chances of failure, or go a safer route.... I know this is kind of a serious question to ask strangers, but I just need general opinions. I'm stuck! Thank you!

I'm little confused I just started practicing my scales again because I felt I was out of touch, and felt that I had to practice my scales more as I recalled the (C, D, E, G, A ) scale(s) fingering went like this, as i remembered RH 123123454321321 LH 543213212312345 but I went to check online and in a couple of sites the left hand was a little bit different as pianist know fingering is very important on the sites I've visited the left hand went something like this 54321321231234(1)<<

I'm doing a dramatic monologue from 'Our Town' in a high school district drama competition (specifically the section toward the end, where she keeps trying to speak to her mother but she cannot hear Emily).

I just figured I'd get second, third opinions... How would you interpret Emily? How did her personality come off towards you, and how would you portray her?

My friends and I make up a dance each year for our school talent show. This year we have decided on funky outfits, sort of urban, but still really cute. We have one idea, if you have seen the REAL music video for Vertical by T-Squad, we liked the blonde girl's outfit. She has on a skirt, black leggings, xtra high converse, a military vest and a thermal underneath. We have about 5 people in the group. I'll describe the people so it'll help you with ideas.

Mary: she's really nice and crazy in real life but she just likes to be really comfy when she dresses. She's not crazy about trends or anything.

Tristan: She's funny and she dresses trendy. But instead of following all the trends, she adds little things that makes them different.

Nicole #1: She really has no sense of style at all. She's really conservative and she thinks she fashionable, but she really isn't.

Nicole #2: She is really tall and skinny. She loves Abercrombie, and she's materialistic. She's weird in a good way

Hey I am teaching myself to play guitar, and so far i've been doing very well. but my problem lately has been finger accuracy. I can't seem to get my fingers to land in the center of the fret and get the sound i want. i always seem to land off to one side and of course it makes funny sounds then. I know that if i practice it will get better, but what im looking for is some sort of technique or practice or something that will help me get that nailed down. any advice?
