All the chords you've named can be played in their normal position, but paying attention to the lowest note.

For example, A/E is a normal A chord played on the second and third fret but make sure you hit the low E string as you play it.

D/F# - simply finger a D chord, but allow the lowest note to be the third of the chord.

E/G# - Play an E chord on the first and second fret but don't play the low E string. Play it starting from the next string down,

Etc.

GMaj7 with an A in the bass is a bit different...

Buy a book that contains guitar chords. I have one and it helps, especially when I play electric guitar.

Go to a music store and get a chords and progressions book. I use mine for guitar and piano.
