Try using something by David Sedaris - most of his stuff is profanity free and hilarious; the book Me Talk Pretty One Day is probably available online somewhere, and you can just pick a segment from that.

Bob Newhart had some pretty funny monologues out on record. My parents have also said that Andy Griffith, the guy from MAYBERRY RFD, had done some comedy albums and, geez, those MUST have been clean cut.
