In the Bond music video for the song "Explosive" the people appear to be doing either a ballroom or latin dance. I was just wondering if anyone knew which dance they were doing?

Okay, I'm 13 and have taken 3 years of dance earlier in my childhood (at ages like 5 and 6 for ballet, and then age 9 for hip hop). I really enjoy it (I'm taking a ten week dance class), but I'm not that good. I would love to take a class that goes for the whole year, but I figured most of the girls in the class would be experienced and really good. Should I just get over my fear or find another hobby I might enjoy?

I have a pole that is in 3 pieces. I cannot get the pieces seperated. I have tried WD 40 and mallot. I have tried gripping pads...with my boyfriend trying to seperate them. Is there a tool? I have checked all the pole sites and nothing.

ok...i have this stupid 'ballet homework.' we have to get the definitions for 2 words--esamble and something else. the something else is where you jump in like an arabesque and get your foot [that is in the air] as high as you can. i know it has an 's' in the first syllable. soooo...i need the definitions for those two words and the ballet term for the word i cant figure out. THANK YOU!!!

I have been dancing for 2 years now, and I am quite familiar with basic/intermediate technique. Recently, I have begun learning how to do a fouette, and I am doing it fairly well, but it is still very difficult for me. I think i need to work on my turnout since i have not been in ballet, but are there any other tips that could help me in mastering my fouette?
