In the Bond music video for the song "Explosive" the people appear to be doing either a ballroom or latin dance. I was just wondering if anyone knew which dance they were doing?

Make sure you're watching "Explosive" 2004. If you accidentally click on "Fuego" that's the one with Flamenco dancing.

That's an unusual variation on Argentine Tango. There is a lot of elements from Argentine Tango, but it's not exactly it. Perhaps this is what can happen to Argentine Tango if you mix it with Jazz in Holywood. There is no salsa or Flamenco here.

It's not ballroom-style but Argentine tango. It's a bit different from the ballroom tango.
