I have some questions about Center of Dance Arts (CODA) in Morganville, NJ.

1) Do they have a website?
2) What are their requirements for the competition team?
3) What classes do they offer
4) What is their weekly and competition schedule like?
5) Are they expensive?

Feel free to post here or email me with any info. Thanks!

I love salsa, tango, and belly dancing. I like middle eastern inspired music; it's so beautiful and entralling, almost hypnotizes.

My friend Susan asked me to do this last and really caught me off guard. We are good friends, but it sort of grossed me out.

Today she asked me again and I did not know what to do so I did it again. I feel guilty saying no because I know how tiring dance can be.

Im 16 years old and I've been training for years. I've won national competitions, and i've been told that I have great potential. My biggest weaking is gaining flexibilty. I tend to get stronger instead. Any suggestions? Im almost desperate now, Im even thinking about popping my legs, which is not a good idea.

My best friend is an amazing dancer. The thing is at 5'10 she ways 335lbs and her weight has really affected her confidence, she never comes out with us anymore she just hides at home all the time. When she hits the dance floor she blows everyone away..she is soo talented. She told me she really wants to start taking professional dance classes not only to impove her talent but to lose weight. I told her it was a wonderful idea but she feels she's too fat to do this. Please..any opinions will help. Will a Profesional dance class accept her as she is?

What is your opinion: should the lady be back-weighted on the swivels? Or she should be on her own feet and create the illusion of being back-weigted? I've heard 2 opposite answers from 2 different well-respected professionals. That means that both are probably correct. But what do you think? Which one do you like better?
