My friend Susan asked me to do this last and really caught me off guard. We are good friends, but it sort of grossed me out.

Today she asked me again and I did not know what to do so I did it again. I feel guilty saying no because I know how tiring dance can be.

That's kind of rude of her... If you feel too guilty to say "no" tell her :"Yeah, but go to the bathroom rinse them off for me, would you?" She might get the hint. Ask her to massage yours in return. She'll probably agree that one time, but probably won't ask you again.

It's actually a little rude to ask your friend to do that, even if you are FRIENDS. You are a good friend for doing it when you really don't want to. I know feet can get really smelly, or sweaty after dancing so I give you props. It depends on what kind of friend she is. If I had a really close friend ask me to do that, I would be honest enought to tell her no, but it sounds like you guys aren't super close. Just tell her something like, "You know, I know that you are soar from dancing and I am too, but I'm a little too tired, sorry" Just put it into your own words, though. by the way, what type of dancing do you do? I do highland

I badly sprained my ankle about 3 weeks ago. I was in a hurry going down the stairs, lost my balance and landed on a bad side of my left foot, causing my left ankle to be stretched going on the inside. The first 48 hours were excruciating and the pain was un-believable. I've never had a serious ankle injury before. So I immediately treated it using the RICE method. The following day, the bruising and swelling were so horrible. I found out that I got a second degree sprain and immediately panicked after that. I had a football game on that week and it been looking forward to it because I've been training for rt. I had teammates that had similar injuries and it took them months to fully recover, some of them stopped playing altogether. So I kinda had a short-term depression because I can't imagine myself not being able to run and play sports anymore. Because I was so desperate to recover again, I contacted a lot of people that I know who do sports and asked them if they had similar injuries. One friend of mine, from the boy's football team in my university, told me about H.E.M. Ankle Rehab. I got a copy 4 days after I got injured. I immediately read and followed what was instructed and felt improvement on the first day. I was able to walk a bit, but I was in pain. A couple of days after that, the swelling and bruising were subsid-ing significantly and on the fourth day, I was walking comfortably again. Although I've had felt a bit of stiffness, I continued doing what was instructed. My sister was surprised that I have recovered this fast. I told her about this book and was shocked on how effective the procedures were. I'm just so happy that this book was shared to me and how effective it is. Heal your ankle fully & fast?

What the hell!

If something grosses you out...why the heck should you do it??
Would you eat broccoli or spinach, if you hate it, just because your friend asks you to?

Next time when your friend asks you to do it...humor saying "NO! Last time, I had to wash my hand with acid...coz they smell bad"
OR "Ya sure! But promise me you'll pick my nose...coz it is really itchy!"
OR
"Why...did Osama had your hands for dinner?"
OR

simply say "No, I find it icky."....If she is a good friend of yours...she'd understand.

Personally, I would not do it...what are mommies for? : )

If it will not bother you much do it. Then if she still do it after she dance, well, she knew that you can't turn her down. In my case I will suggest to her to go to the masage parlor to have a foot spa. There she will pay for the services of a masseur.

hi.......you know what is the best solution if u can'y say no to her.......both of yo'll could do each otha a favour by massagin each otha's feet.....You could tell her that u need a massage too coz ur feet hurts like hell......so just be calm bout it and say..."Hey, could you do my feet as well"....:)
and lets see if she does it.....and see if the next times she ask......if no.....then she probably is disgusted too or she is just not a friend.....
P.S------> just be frank.....:P
