For all the proffesional dancers or non proffesionals that train quite a lot what do you do to keep going whan you really tired and you've got class in front of you?

Read a book about dancing or somone achieving somthing great in the field. I don't know what dancing you do, but perhaps listening to music in your genre of dance will inspire you, certian songs that carry personall meaning or marks of success. For instance, if you had a breakthough in Tango and Vovler by gardel was playing, listen to that song when your tired to get amped up, like soccer fans listen to anthems or sing to get energy for the match.

Here is the secret to LIFE and the trade secret of how Olympic athletes are trained to be winners in all fields: Visualize all activity first. Imagine what ever you want as a completed fact, how it will feel to have or do it, Not how you will get it or the steps to do it. Just imagine you flowing with the rhythm of life, as long as it feels good and doesn't go into worry. Then and only then take action. Action with out pre-thought is a thousand time harder thus you need to find ways to motivate. Inspired action will allow your subconscious to want to do the activity and see it as fun. Being tired will no longer be an issue. (Have you not stayed up late and gone to a party and could have been out all night because of how much fun you were having.?)

Always ask your self these questions first: 1. What do I want? 2.Why do I want it. 4. How will it feel when I have reached my goal? See as an accomplished fact.
Never contemplate for long whats wrong with were you are, because no matter where you are, you are just on your way to what you want, and where you are is always perfect.
This is how to motivate yourself in every area of your life, not just dance.

If you're stressed about the class ahead (you just can't perfect that one jump sequence, etc) Go wherever it is that is quiet and there's room to dance. I head to my unfurnished basement. If you don't have a place like that, go into your yard or deck or something. Put on some good music that goes well with your favorite genre of dance. I play loud lyrical music. Just improve (im-prov) no matter how exausted you are. Drink water and have some fruit and a Nature Valley granola bar. (the double packs of the vanilla nut are good) Then just collapse for a few minutes. It may seem stupid to escape dancing by dancing, but there is a difference between a structured class and dancing freely. It relieves me of anything thats going on.

When tired: "When you're tired and you feel like dropping on the floor, you actually have 70% of your enery left. That's a lot of energy. So... get yourself on the dance floor... you don't have an excuse that's good enough."

When lazy or discouraged in general: I watch good professional dance videos, like performances or competitions.

Or, sometimes, your body needs a little break... Take a day off.

everything that the others have said are great, and in addition, it can be really inspiring to see your style of dance in another enviroment, so watch a class in another studio, or some local shows or something. Really makes me more exited to dance :)

just by thinking positive and not giving up and try not to think about how tired you are.
