Why to people look down on hip hop dancers i am not the kind that bends over n shake my *** i break dance and pop n lock some krumping....i am not any where near any gang trouble so wuts the problem,?

I just got back from a dance competition in Disney. One night my sister's group was on stage preforming a hiphop dance and all of the people sitting around me were saying all of this **** about hiphop and how its not a dance and it made me sooooo mad. Later that night the awards were given out and my sister's group received a platinum award for their hiphop and best choreography for the whole competition. That showed those people.

It's weird. I personally love hip-hop. It's probably my favorite style to perform. Just ignore all the haters. If it's someone around their 50's, just remember people thought they were crazy for listening to rock n' roll when they were young. Whatever the newest dances or music is, someone's gonna be a hater. Just have fun and forget them.
