I love Lavyrle spencer but i've unfortunately read all her books. Since she retired, i've had a hard time finding another writer of her genre. Pamela morsi is good too but i've read all her books as well. Any ideas?

I made a mistake

I made a mistake in the past
That will always haunt me to the last
I let drugs and booze control my life
Which in the end took someone else’s life
Now here I sit a supposedly free man
But groups like MADD have another plan
After I done all my sentence
And made all my repentance
They don't want to see me succeed in life
So they plan to cause me nothing but strife
They petition the courts to change the laws
So that others like me are always at flaw
So here I sit in my house in the dark
Not even enough money to buy a spark
I can’t find any work without a license
And the bills are just a bothering nuisance
I tried my best to except these laws
But in the end I just stare at the walls
So here I sit with this bottle of pills
Wondering if they will cure all my ills
With no chance at living a normal life
I might as well end my miserable blight
Thanks to them I figured out a way
Of getting out of living another day

Other than "The House" (reading it already), which one do you recommend?

Rowling claims that 2 characters will die in the last book "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hollows." But she says that she did not intend for them to die. That said, who do you think are the victims?

My bet is on Ron being one. It makes sense that he'd be one to die. It would affect Harry terribly but he'd have Ginny to help him get through since Ron is her brother. Plus, it would greatly impact the story and get a crazy reaction from the reader.

The other one will probably be a less important character like Neville or Luna, or possibly an antagonist like Draco Malfoy or Snape.

Who do you think?

So I read Eragon, thought it was an awesome book, couldn't wait to read Eldest, when I did I was so bored and disappointed that I couldn't even finish it. Anyone agree? Oh yeah, the movie blowed too.

Basically just what the question line said. I've always just bought the standard version. But apparently there's a deluxe version and an adult version, which could just be a UK thing. What's the difference from the norm?

Are there any difference in the Harry Potter editions? I've heard the British editions have extra chapters and more British slang. And then there are the adult and children editions. Are they different?
I have the hardback American editions, which I am guessing are the childrens editions.
Anyone know the difference? And which is the best set to get? The American or British edition?

Thanks to anyone who helps!

I'm writing a literary analysis on Self-Reliance by Ralph Waldo Emerson and my thesis is...

History shows that society often rejects those with great ideas because those ideas are different.
