Yes my wife thinks it would be a good idea also, so theres no problem there. and yes jenae it would be the actual note with hopefully no editing or even proof reading.

I read it a while ago and I remember the cover and everything but I can't remember the title...
It's set way back when during the Saing Dynasty or something like that. It's a story about this girl who lived in China... a horse crippled her as a child (it hit her leg) and she grew up in this small little village place... she grew up an became a teen and overcame her fear of horses and rode one... she was so good at it that she traveled and went to the ruler's palace... there were other horses-- white horses-- there and I think she was given one... it's a really beautiful book and I read it when I was 12 and it's eating away at me because I forgot the title... the word jade keeps coming to mind for some reason.

This is for all the writers and aspiring writers/poets out there - what do you think about other writers having pen names? Would you ever have a pen name? I've been thinking about putting a pen name on my work but I'm not sure how I feel about it.

I'm writing a book, and want to see which of my possible titles will attract the most attention. So here goes!

1. Nightfall
2. Fallen Night
3. Night Fallen
4. Twisted Fate
5. Twist of Fate
6. After Nightfall
7. Broken Night
8. Shattered Night
9. Shattered Fate
10. Shattered

I won't tell you anything else about the book, only that it is meant for young adults, and I want a title that is thought provoking and innovative. Please, no other suggestions! Work with what I've got already!

I love reading Harlequin Presents but theres something that have always bothered me. The girl is always ''virginal'' and ''innocent'' while the guy sleeps around/is promiscuous. He is always the ''experienced'' one while the girl is a one man woman. To me that is incredibly sexist. Why can't they make the guy discriminate in his sexual activities, like maybe he sleep with only two women in his lifetime? The guy doesnt always have to be promiscuous.

It has a red cover and I think the name is something like closer. There is a women named Anna and she is deaf. She lives with her dead husbands father and her son on a ranch. A little girl died while out partying and there is an ex-cop who can't forget the unclosed case so his wife is always angry at him for that. There are 1or2 men in prison for the death of the little girl and they escaped and everyone thinks they are on there way to see their father in law(the dead husbands father on the ranch)that they hate so much. Can anyone tell me the name or author of this book because my boss threw it away and I was in the middle of reading it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Astral Dreams,

To the Stars

Flying through the astral plane,
To project up and away, before I go insane.
At least there I can dream and fantasize,
About what I don’t have , as I rise.
I create whatever I wish.
Lighting candles and rocks in my dish
Praying for love, reaching for it, from the stars.
Is there just one more man for me from Mars.
I have so much to give, to someone special for me.
Cast a spell to the astral plane ,where I pray.
Oh God, Please don’t let me live alone the rest of my days.

found in the book The perks of being a wallflower

Once on a yellow piece of paper with green lines
he wrote a poem
And he called it “Chops”
because that was the name of his dog
And that’s what is was all about
And his teacher gave him an A
and a gold star
And his mother hung it on the kitchen door
and read it to his aunts
That was the year Father Tracy
took all the kids to the zoo
And he let them sing on the bus
And his little sister was born
with tiny toenails and no hair
And his mother and father kissed a lot
And the girl around the corner sent him a
Valentine signed with a row of X’s
and he had to ask his father what the X’s meant
And his father always tucked him into bed at night
And he was always there to do it
Once on a piece of white paper with blue lines
he wrote a poem
And he called it “Autumn”
because that was the name of the season
And that’s what it was all about
And his teacher gave him an A
and asked him to write more clearly...
