Without having to refer to web sites and doing lots of reading?!? I know when he was born and when he died and that he was an American Aviator, but I have just watched the movie and was saddened that it ended when it did! Can you fill in the blanks in movie time?

Shakespeare

To read good poetry, you come here
Suddenly pops up a New Shakespeare
He thinks himself the poetry Emir
And Nothing of his meanings is clear

He wore a Cap
Now he thinks himself a superior chap
All he writes is crap
And he can only sit on my lap

Who is he?

Is anyone else sick of hearing about how 'His Dark Materials' trilogy and the new film 'The Golden Compass' is an attack on christians?

The people who shield their children from alternatives to christianity are purely indoctrination them and brainwashing them into being scared of anything which isn't accepted in the Bible.

Source c is from a lecture given in the early 1880s by J.B Russel, mediacl officer of health for glasgow.....
Source c

At the present time,25%, of the population of glasgow live in one-room housees. Those small houses cause Glasgow's high death rate, Especially in childhood. One of ebery five born in a house of one room never sees the end of their first year. Of those who die do young, a third have never been seen in their sickness by a doctor. The bad air in the houses leads to death from lung diseases at all ages. As a result of poor condotions, the streets are filled with bandy-legged childre.
Question
How useful is source c for investigating conditions in the growing towns and cities of Scotland in the period of 1880 - 1939?

I like free verse type poetry, mostly, but rhyme is good too.
If you could give me a few details about your favorite that would be great! (Sorta the general feel of it)
Thanks!

and altering human embrios to enhance the human mind? Personally I do because if it worked we could speed up evolution and probably, with super human minds, answer a lot of lifes great questions sooner. as we seem to be doomed anyway, why not?

or, for those of you who don't celebrate it, pig out anyway. =)

What are you thankful for this year? Heck, or any time of your life?

I'm simply thankful for life, because it brings all the things to be thankful for.

Of course, you should be more specific. I just kept mine very general and short so I can go taste all the food before it's served for dinner!

cya, and HAPPY THANKSGIVING

I am new to filters and polarizers and have a question or two about them.

Can I buy a grad.neutral density filter that just screws onto the threads of the lense? Or do I have to buy the filter strips and then adapters to shoot with them?

If there are circular grad. ND filters rings that mount directley to the lense what brand Grad ND filter would you recomend?

Plus, Are all the threads on these lenses for adapting filters the same? I realize there diamaters are different but Iam refering to the threads for attaching the filters or Uv protectors to them. Thanxs!

I want to know what other lives are like...I want to know if I am blessed or cursed, because looking back into a hurtful and disturbing past I feel cursed at the moment....but maybe I'm wrong.

A girl who has to write a story for class, but she cant think of anything. And then (for some reason) famous story characters come out and she gets inspired, writing a story about her adventure with the fairy tale characters.

Yes, its an OVERUSED idea, but my friend said that its the only idea shes got. After she told me her story was called "The Girl Who Couldnt Write A Story" I freaked out at how lame it was ^_^

I have seen the expresion "Office Psychopath" several times.
I orginally thought that the questioner was disappointed in somebody at work. That is all the expresion was conveying to me. After seeing "Office Psychopath" appear several times I now am not sure whether there is a definition for this expresion beyond frustration on the part of the questioner or not.
