Whilst it is all choice, I have to try some math here:
One hundred thousand words per average novel (100,000).
Thirty chapters, average (30).
100,000/30 = 3333 average words per chapter per book.
I would say that is the best average anyone can give you. But it is all choice. Your chapter can be ten thousand words long, or just five hundred.
When it does come down to it, noone cares.

It depends on the book, the author, the publisher.
I've read books with only a few sentences for a chapter, other that are over 45 pages for a chapter.
Whatever feels natural for you. If you think a chapter only needs to be a few pages, then have it be only a few pages. If that specific chapter needs a lot of information in it, then make the chapter 30 pages or more if need be.
There's no set amount of words or pages needed in a chapter but most are probably a couple pages. Hope this helps.

It doesn't matter. It can be pages full or it can be a couple of pages. You being the author you have the ability to choose whether you feel like changing to another chapter or not.

3000 would be a long chapter... I think the trend these days is for shorter chapters... about half that for a minimum.
But as was mentioned above... it is up to you.
