Shakespeare

To read good poetry, you come here
Suddenly pops up a New Shakespeare
He thinks himself the poetry Emir
And Nothing of his meanings is clear

He wore a Cap
Now he thinks himself a superior chap
All he writes is crap
And he can only sit on my lap

Who is he?

probably the notorious chap with a cap! yes. . . . he's naughty too. . . sittin' on ya' lap?

'emir' and 'clear' do not rhyme well if you intended them to be so. Try 'the poet's heir' or some other word.
