I have seen the expresion "Office Psychopath" several times.
I orginally thought that the questioner was disappointed in somebody at work. That is all the expresion was conveying to me. After seeing "Office Psychopath" appear several times I now am not sure whether there is a definition for this expresion beyond frustration on the part of the questioner or not.

there are several, or maybe one person with several names, that ask those type questions often here, it has been going on for months, why those and also all the critical software questions by the same group of names pop up here, i dont know
maybe someone just playing around, maybe someone talking in some type code, who knows?
i have a couple of times seen those questions as the lead in, then a religious "rant" follow in the added details, that made it even more confusing, lol
