and why? How do those selections reflect the cultural tradition of the United States?

How scary is the novel for a 13 year old? 1-10? 10 being the scariest?

Well, a few questions:

Is nonfiction too popular a topic to write about? Is it popular but there isn't enough out there for it? Is there a better chance a nonfiction book would get published more than a fiction book?

I know writing is about what you know. Would it be interesting for people to read about a lesbian couple where one of them is in a wheelchair and the other is transgendered? Lol, hey it's my life I'm sure I could organize it well enough. So what you guys think?

In Brief and in your own words explain what makes up a story. Then consider the storyline sequence.Assess, if possible the most integral aspect of the sequence. And finally, assess whether or not a story can "work" with any sequence aspect.

It can be as long as you want...I have time to read it.

Does a slowly starving child in Ethiopia or an American soldier quickly bleeding to death in Iraq have the luxury of contemplating the existence of the external world?

Are they thinking things like:

What if I'm in the Matrix? What if I'm dreaming? What if I'm some kind of "experiment"? What if everyone else is a robot?
Am I the only being with a mind (solipsism) and everyone just appears to have one? What if I'm God and created this universe and put myself in it only to forget I did so? What if I'm a computer program or a holographic program?

Does a soldier who has just had one half of his body blown away from a bomb ask himself in the last few seconds of his life "What if I'm in the Matrix?"

And do the people who wonder if life really exists have the luxury of not having to do deal with life's harsher realities?

I always think of encyclopedias, life insurance and vacuum cleaners, but what else was sold door to door? Is there any documentation or desciption of what the life of a door-to-door salesman was like in the 1920's?
Thanks a bunch!

... mine, at this stage of my life, is 'earnest'... this is a short but effective word that whenever I use gives me the strength for my purpose; it spurs me on to apply myself fully, sincerely and earnestly.

This word has two syllables that merge together to form one simple word, which seems to be a composite of two very valuable words in life in general: earn and nest.
Now tell me what is at the top of your charts.

And if you like to know more about the words people like then check the following link, but I suggest that you should give your response first.
