mind is composed only of thoughts.

the state of deep sleep shows us that something continues whether we are consciously aware of it or not.

thinking is not necessary to being.

I believe; that all mankind, when led to the after-life, will suffer in eternal fire. For if they are evil on earth, they will suffer. If they are not evil on earth, they will not suffer in the after-life. My question refers to other relegious beliefs on this matter of death and the after-life. Do they believe as I?

I asked this earlier, but got 2 responses so I'm asking again in another category.

My artist husband is going to apply liquid latex to most of my torso, including my breasts, for a halloween costume. We've never done this before and I'm little worried about the clean up. Is it hard to get off? Does it hurt while being removed? I imagine that it clings to all your body hair. Will I die from asphyxiation like the girl in "Goldfinger"?

I love it and if i could work for National Geograpic and travel the world for images I would do it..I have a very good career in sales but I get lost in photography and get asked to photograph people, dogs, weddings, etc.. I don't charge a cent..because I love it. It is truly my passion..but yet I am so amature and so inconsistant...do I need school to make my dream job a reality or can I jwing it on sheer talent, that I and others see and go with people that say to "just get your work out there?"
I wouldn't choose the weddings or dogs..I am more into details of nature...I like abstract detail and letting others see the beauty of nature from a different perspective.

So I guess the real question is do we have time to get people to stop hating and start loving one another and to enlighten everyone to their true potential. For little is it known but the human being is indeed a special creature capable of Godlike Potential. So what I AM Saying is if man could be taught how to cure himself of any disease also to teleport to any location instantaneously making the world a much smaller place and universe for thet matter. Could Man put down hate and pick up love, knowing that he has these powers and seeing his true self will he continue to destroy himself and his planet or will he embrace love and stop the looming disaster thru combined mind power alone. I for one think he can make his stand and that he doesn't have to go down at each others throats but can stand and not fall. I think he as one race can deflect the comet so as it passes safely by instead of destroying us once and for all. All the weapons of mass destruction wont work do u think this will?

Star me if you agree with this philosophy.

When somebody insults you in a language you can't understand, whats the point of insulting you in another language. You would not be offended by it should you not understand it and it would be a waste of time for the insulter. Also, to start off with, the insult could not be that offensive in english if you have to say it in another language for an attempt of emphasis.

This is called the foriegn tounge philosophy

My Great-Great Uncle James Keen died aged just 20 on 14th August 1917 and is buried in GODEWAERSVELDE BRITISH CEMETERY. He was in the 21st Batallion Kings Royal Rifle Group. The Commonwealth War Graves information says this: "The cemetery was begun in July 1917 when three casualty clearing stations were moved to Godewaersvelde. The 37th and the 41st buried in it until November 1917, the 11th until April 1918, and from April to August 1918, during the German offensive in Flanders, field ambulance and fighting units carried on the burials."

Would he have died in Flanders, the Somme, Passchendale or where?

All information greatfully received. Thank you.

I have to declare what my "graduation project" is going to be tommorrow and I can't think of a topic or physical product. I know I want to do something dealing with philosophy. We have to write an 8-10 page paper, which obviously won't be a problem with philosophy; however, We also have to have a physical product to go along with it. This must:

-be student generated and should be based on the research paper.
-provide tangible evidence that reflects the “academic learning stretch” experienced by the student.
-be oriented around the performance of a skill, the production of a product, or the study of a profession
-i must also spend at least 15 hours outside of school doing it (I can use job shadowing for 3 of these.)

If anyone has ideas for a philosophy related 'physical product' I would greatly appreciate it. Also if you know of any books that would help me out on the paper or product that would be fantastic.
