Starting is the right place. Right or wrong a start is a start and it sure beats waiting for a right moment that never seems to come along. Consider the facts make a plan and execute it. Charge!

Whole world is Creation of God and where ever one starts is the right place... but it does not mean one should not look for aesthetics or hygiene.

So one has to just stop and do right thinking and Start practising prayer or looking within any where on his own and s/he will be noticed by God as God is 360 and awake 24 x 7 x 365

Yes, there is a right place to start and that begins in our minds with our own beliefs.

I used to be a life guard and all professional life guards have to be certified, that means they have to spend some time wrestling with a water safety instructor and proving that they can swim, safe lives, not panic under crazy situations.

One day the instructor wanted someone to pull him out of the water, to show others how to pull a person in from a pool. He asked me because he thought I would respond the best to what he intended to do to me. I reached out my arm to grasp his hand and he judo flipped me into the pool. Splash. It began.

I'll continue the story.

In lifeguarding the first thing they teach you about panic is that the person you are trying to help will almost without exception try and drown you. You have to be prepared for that event. I went to the bottom of the pool, grabbed the instructor by his feet and drowned him first. Being an instructor he was pleased to see me do this. I spun him and spun him under water until he stopped moving. I slid up his back holding him tightly so that he wouldn't spin around on me and try and drown me again. We were under water for quite a while as on lookers began to worry what was up. When we emerged from the water I had him secure in my arms and I swam him to the side of the pool. He was impressed and pretty tired too, so was I. He had forty pounds on me and year of experience in hand to hand combat. He was was a police officer. At any rate it seemed to be over.

Next thing I knew it ws time to teach the manneuver that I used on him to other swimmers. He was tired so I had to teach the class. I took his role and some girl of his choosing took my role, and when she did not hang onto me like she was supposed to I reversed the role drowned her and saved her too, which is why he chose me to teach that lesson. I asked him later. He liked my style. He also wondered how I stayed underwater so long. The truth is I practice d by sitting on the bottom of the pool for days assuming this was coming.
Don't do that with out someone there to pull you out, unless you have a death wish, you may fall asleep and drown for real.

I put that in because people may read this and try what I did and they shouldn't without protection.

Back to your question.

I just told you a story, was that the right place to start the story? If you enjoyed it yes. If you didn't maybe. Would you have enjoyed it if I never told you the story? No. Does your enjoyment matter. It must. I answered the question.

Still, it could be answered better, more direct.

Right or wrong is a judgment you have to make for yourself. Your decision may not agree with anyone elses. Still, it is right to you. It may be wrong to them but it is right to you.

I have what is called the "Great Circular Track of Life Analogy" where everybody in the world walks around in a circle and every once in a while this invisible mischievious elephant gets out on the track and leaves a gigantic mountain of elephant dung on the track for people to figure out what should they do about it. Should they stand there and talk about it? Should they clean it up? Should they just walk away? What should they do? There is no right answer, at least not for everybody but the point is that you have an event that you can choose to respond to or not. Sometimes it makes a difference what you do and sometimes it doesn't. Butterfly effect be damned, in many people's perspective what did or did not do went without notice accept by you.

So to be direct, the right place to start is you. It will always come down to what do you want, what do you think, how do you feel, and when do you feel the frustration is not worth the lesson.

For me, the right place to start is always at the end, because if you have no end in mind then you can't go right or wrong. All you can do is exist. You are a space and not a line segment if that helps you to see it geometrically.

Enjoy.
