I like it here. I don't want to return to a world occupied by rampaging mutant chipmunk conquistadors. But is it right to stay in a place to which I don't belong?

I love to use the "History" section to answer questions and to seek knowledge about history. However, lately it seems as though it has become a site where teenagers want people to do their homework for them. By doing so, I think we aid and abet cheating. And don't give me the the "I only want to help" response, because these guys do not want help!! They want you to do their research and work. Anyone as annoyed as I am with this development on a site being so misused??

I'm a nineteen, almost twenty year old actress that's just starting out. Would it be worth it to audition for a role where the age range is 25-30? I look my age but I might be able to pull off almost twenty-five. Would it be worth it to audition, or would I just be wasting the director's time?

I read on Yahoo! News that a Kent State "victim" will be releasing a recording. But, there were no victims. Let's get it straight here: the rioters attacked the National Guardsmen, and the soldiers were forced to fire. I know a man who was paralyzed in the incident, and he says he shouldn't have done what he did. That wasn't a protest. It was a violent riot, in which buildings were burned down. As a resident of Ohio, I support what the soldiers did, even though I wasn't around at the time of the incident. Besides, it could have been worse. They could have used machine guns, and killed all of the rioters. Or used grenades, but they were merciful. I support peoples right to protest the government, but when it becomes violent, force must be used to break it up. My dad fought in Vietnam, and those people who protested called him all sorts of vile names. Those people were not Americans. They were terrorists.

When I was a little girl, I read a book about the 'Cloud Kings and Queens'. Now there were two types of Kingdoms, one which was the good and happy Kingdom, other dark and gloomy. Then one day, the gloomy cloud kingdom gets a 'bit of sunshine' from the good kingdom and from ugly they become cheerful and good as well. One line which I memorized from that story book ( I used to skip to it) was, "the Gray Cloud Queen so ugly and mean, all shriveled and shrunk like an overcooked bean. Ears like and elephant, nose like a beak, when she walks by, all her bones creak". Does anyone out there have any recollection of this book? I would love to find out it's title or author. For some reason, I feel I have to have it. Thanks to all that answer!
