The Yugoslav currency was called the dinar. After the demise of Yugoslavia, Serbia is the only former Yugoslav republic still using the dinar.

The dinar was the currency of Yugoslavia. There is officially no Yugoslavia now.

Money in former Yugoslavia is called DINAR. 1 DINAR is basic value, value less than 1 DINAR was called PARA. Appointments of DINAR are: 1,2,5,10,20,50,100,500,1000 but in period between 1985-1988 exsist appointments up to 1 000 000 DINARS. Best Regards and veradisca! Neven.
