Montgomery and Churchill got actors to impersonate them for security reasons.
But today, which acting discipline is best for such a role?
Are Theatre actors over expressive (so they can be seen from the back of the theatre)?
Are TV and movie actors too relaxed (they only need to keep in character for a few minutes before "CUT")?
Which is best at impersonating a celebrity for hours at a time?

Does this mean that rational people don't fall in love??

Cuz a lot of materialistic people get marry for common interests not from love?

What do you think about this?

The Industrial Revolution made the lives of the people harder due to the poor living conditions, many injuries, child labor laws and long working hours. The poor living conditions was bad for the workers because of the clutter, pollution, it was cramped and crowed. There were many injuries from the harmful machines that the workers were made to work on. Child labor laws and the long working hours were outrageous; many children were not going to school because the children were forced to work because they are less to pay. In conclusion the Industrial Revolution .....

I'll be the first to admit that I don't know much about comics but I did grow up on Superman and Batman...I know that they have brought those back with graphic novels by artists like Frank Miller (I think I have those titles written down somewhere) but I want to understand the history more...

their is golden, silver, earth one, earth two, and i think something called like earth b..etc. The comic world is confusing! I was wondering if their is just one book or novel that is the Golden Age DC comics (froms 40s to 50s?)

I am not someone who is out to collect comic books, but it would be nice to familiarize myself with the history a little better. Thanks.

It was a kid's mystery chapter book, Nancy drew maybe?
The detectives were at an excercise place, w/ pools, tennis courts etc. There had been a vandalism, and someone had poured white paint in one pool, and green in the other. Later I think they may have been trapped in a laundry room, and they wrote on the window with soap, but that may have been from a different book I read. Anyway, that's about all I remember, so sorry! If you have any idea what book this may have been, please let me know!
Peace to all,
a bookworm

Refer the above. As per my experience, I often find myself getting into trouble by helping others. I used to be a very helpful person to others during my childhood. But I never get any help from others . Also frequently , I get rejected from others . Sometimes people I helped will turn against me and create more trouble for me .. Why is this happening to me.. Sometimes I believe karma doesn't work for me . I find it is better not to help others . Or is it because I am not drawing the line between help & looking after myself appropriately? Can you help me to make my understanding better ?.

I'm 15 and I'm looking for a good read. If it helps I'm a sucker for books that have a sweet romance and I'm not that fond of sad endings but they're okay if it really adds to the story. I'm not looking for a fantasy novel or some depressing autobiography.
I just finished the Lord of the Flies, and even though it was boring, the message behind it and the numerous metaphors made it one of my favorite books.
Also, "What Happened to Lani Garver", "Twilight", "New Moon" and "Candy" are other books I really enjoyed.
I like anywhere from humor to drama as well, but remember...not too sad.

Yes, a lot of detail, but I would really like some suggestions if you have any :).
