I am having the hardest time finding Lyrics to Giuseppe Verdi's version of Ave Maria, is it the same as all the other versions, if not whats the difference and where can i find the proper documentation of the lyrics. I dont speek italian so i really dont know.

I often read books after people have told me that they are really good.. this has gone wrong twice for me..I read "Wicked: The life and times of the wicked witch of the west" by Gregory Maguire and 'The Lovely Bones' by Alice Sebold.. these books were really overrated and I don't how so many people could think that they were good.. any other books that people think are really overrated??

i have to try out for a dance team on March 24th. we have to be able to do the splits (right and left), grand jetes (right and left), and a double piroette. the only thing i can do on that list is the pioroette! in my splits, i am EXETREMELY far away from the floor. approx. 10 in. (pleez don't make fun). i stretched for like an hour tonight. i am afraid that no matter how much i stretch, i won't be able to do the splits, therefore, not be able to make the team. i REALLY want to be on the dance team though! any thoughts? did any of you get ur splits in a month or less? is that even possible without hurting yourself? if u did, how long did you have to stretch every day?

A condemning silence weighed the air in this small, sparsely furnished box I found myself in. I was positioned in a hard metal chair, my wrists handcuffed awkwardly to the standard table in front of me. I had been in this same tedious positions going on hours now but I knew I was not alone. In fact I would bet on money that there were at least half a dozen eyes memorizing my every movement, catching every twitch and blink I gave off and recorded it for later use. Pushing down the urge to make obnoxious faces into the deceivingly one-sided mirror to quail the boredom that was slowly taking over my mind; I stared straight ahead trying to hide to the fear of the situation. I also tried consoling myself, uselessly trying to convince myself that I had come out of worse situations unharmed. I knew it wasn’t true and I also knew that last time I had been in this situation I hadn’t cared where I ended up. Last time I had nothing to lose.

Why is everyone so obsessed with getting famous?!? I just don't get it. I mean some people have that natural talent, but now everyone is convinced that they've got what it takes to make it in the world of fame.

If anyone watched Jay Leno, the the other night, Jim Carrey was on. And he said that with this crazy fad, soon everyone would be famous, and he'd retire, and be the only audience member.

I understand his point. People are doing retarded things, just to be noticed , and get the fame they long for. But why can't people just realize that it is a lot more work being famous than they say?

The constant press, and paparazzi has got to get old.

So, I want you to tell me why you agree or disagree with my point. I bet that if you disagree, you are one of those hopefuls, who wants to be a huge star, huh? No offense.
