Hi, i am on the look out for good, cheap reads. I like scary but funny stuff. Not slapstick but has laughs along with good storyline. like fantasy type - vampires, lycanthropes etc....Love Terry Pratchett and read them all - more than once

Can someone please explain to me what suzuki acting classes are? I discovered an ad in a local paper about suzuki acting classes. The instructors are supposedly going to teach the classes "dojo-style". What does this mean. How does this style differ from regular acting classes. Do you think I'd learn a lot or benefit in any way from taking these classes? Please explain. Thanks!

I have an old picture, about 1945-50 which shows a serviceman at a bar on Chauncy Street in SF, CA. Was the street name changed or was it done away with or what? It had to be a hangout for WWII vets or servicemen. Anybody know?

many of us have very ancient tribal roots...some of us newer ones...some tribal people and traditions are still very much alive and kicking the world over...

do you think the world as it is now and we as the humans in it would work better if we all took on our tribal/pack status again?...why...or why not???...
