Proponents of Intelligent Design certainly seem to think so. They seem to think that the idea of an "Intelligent Designer" is scientific. This would certainly seem to place "God" within the universe as an object of empirical study. What do you think? Can we learn about "God" using beakers and test tubes? Is it conceivable that an "Intelligent Creator" might someday be a necessary part of some scientific theory? What are your thoughts on this issue? I'll probably ask this question in a few different categories to get some different answers and perspectives. I write this question because I saw an article in my local paper advocating intelligent design in science classes. I'm definitely writing a letter to the editor. :D

Could someone explain to me the cause of the hunger strike? I know that 10 men wanted Britain to consider them citizens, but thats pretty much all I know. Could someone explain to me the 1981 hunger strike starting at square one?

Are there any specially good places? Preferably on the Kent, Sussex, coast? I'm looking for some soft lumps I can bring home to carve after a nice day beachcombing etc. Or maybe some fresh rockfalls or roadside cuttings? Max about 12" cube-ish, soft and fresh.

I am a part-time artist who likes to do lots of different kinds of artwork and crafty stuff. So I have tons of supplies that are stuck here and there throughout our house. I can help other people get organized, but I can't seem to do it for myself. I do not have a room/studio to keep my stuff and there is not a bedroom or garage that I can convert into a studio. I want to work on this stuff at home, so I can't rent a space. Has anyone else had this problem and found a workable solution? It is driving me crazy!

Good evening everyone. There is a certain call in sqaure dancing that I want to know the name of and was hoping one of you could tell me what the call is called. I know that it is 4 words long and that it means something like, "when the men move to one side and the women move to the other side." I will give 10 points to the person who can give this answer to me and/or the first person.

P.S. I think that people call it the hardest call to learn in square dancing.

Thank you.

I have done a million people searches, with no result. I know in Spain the people use both their last names but have used all different ways with absolutly natta. When she lived here in the states she only used Perez as her last name. I know that her family is from Alicante and I was hoping to maybe find some relatives to help me with my search.
