Quality is subjective. What is quality to someone may not be quality to something else.

quality at what class and it depends what you are talking about.. anything can have quailty..anything you say or feel because it is you who thinks that way..in your thought..your statement can also be of quality no matter who your talking too. as long as you belive it is true to you...
