I am really interested in reading his books and want to know, which are the most worthwhile?

Jung can be a bit heavy-going, especially if you are not familiar with psychodynamic constructs and the translation from the German can be tricky. If you want a good overview and introduction to Jungian thought, you might try Man and His Symbols. It was written for the "general public." On the other hand, if you want jump right in there, you could go with "Modern Man in Search of a Soul" or "The Undiscovered Self." Good luck- Jung is worth the effort.
