Many countries have legislative instruments governing the powers of judges. These are sometimes called Judiciary Acts. It is just a title.

If you are talking about judicial acts, you may be referring to the doctrine of precedent. Judges make decisions interpreting the law. While those decisions are not acts - legislative instruments - convention says that judges in the same level or lower in the judicial hierarchy should interpret the law in a similar way. This is the common law.

Or you may be thinking of something else entirely - if you can't ask a decent question you will not get a decent answer.
