Anybody got any ideas to find a friend in Spain? "Nelly" but her name is Elena Perez Esteve in Alicante Spain.

I have done a million people searches, with no result. I know in Spain the people use both their last names but have used all different ways with absolutly natta. When she lived here in the states she only used Perez as her last name. I know that her family is from Alicante and I was hoping to maybe find some relatives to help me with my search.
