I am very interested in pursuing a career in voice acting. I'm looking for insight on how to become a voice actor for either animated TV shows or video games. I live in Southern Jersey and am 15 minutes outside of Philadelphia if that helps for anything.

I naturally have no artistic ability, but I would like to learn to draw basic sketches that look halfway decent. Is there a way I could learn to draw? If so, what resources will help me learn to draw better?

I'm fascinated with Hugh Laurie from the show 'House', who is a Brit but speaks in an utterly convincing American accent. I've always been interested in linguistics and accents, so I was wondering if it's possible for an American to accomplish the same feat with the British accent, and not only do a passable job but an excellent and completely convincing one. Anyone know of any actors/actresses who have done this?

I've heard that Mother Goose's nursery rhymes are heavily criticized in our society, and they've sometimes been taken out of school libraries . I can imagine books with foul language or sexual content violating community standards, but how could Mother Goose's nursery rhymes possibly offend anybody ? Why does something so innocent attract so much criticism, or any criticism at all ? Thank you for your answers .
