Alright, I've been into genealogy for about five years now. Here's the brick wall I've hit.

George Washington Duffie/Duffey/Duffe
Had at least one child (born in 1840), William Duffie (lived in KY early in life, then moved to Alabama, Died in Coulterville 1923)
At some point, he probably lived in the area around Cincinatti, but on the Kentucky side.
Married "Margaret Starkey" ... Margaret may have gone by a different first name, as common with Margarets.
His parents probably came from Ireland, but George was most likely born in the USA, as his name suggests.
And no, I have no clue what the last name's spelling was. His son was listed as "William Duffe" once but that was only in one record. We have a bit of lore that William changed his name spelling to Duffie after a gunfight in Kentucky (which made him to move to AL), so we think that George's name would not be spelled Duffie if the story was true. No clue if it is true.

Can anyone find any details about George or family?

I have recently gotten into photography. I have some pictures that I think would be good and worth some money. I was wondering if anyone would know how to start something like that up.

The majority of my pictures are of trains. I have a good many different pictures other than trains though. I'm not looking to make a huge profit off of this (unless I can). It's just something I enjoy doing and would like to support my hobby somehow.

I have a booklist a mile long. I don't know if I'll ever have time to read them all between two jobs, college, and what have you. But I'm doing my best. My question to you? What's on your booklist? Maybe we can swap. Let me know your top 10 next reads, and why you are spending your time wtih these books.

I ask this because i posted the following question under two categories: Performing Arts and Music.
"Who do you consider a worthy successor to Willi Boskovsky in promoting the music of the Strauss family?"
Under Performing Arts I received two answers, both irrelevant; under Music there was no response at all.
I'm very surprised.

I know in our Modern times we have Vegetarian and Vegan body builders like Bill Pearl, Steve Holt, Jane Black, and Roy Helligen.
I was just wondering if they had any Greek or Roman body builders that only gained muscle mass by only eating plant based foods.

I was doing a google search for any ancient famous body builders, but no luck.
