Do you have the faith in the unknown and willing to seek the unknown into unchartered territories into outer space?
After all of the money spent on these projects, someone has to be willing to believe and to go and pioneer.

Where can I find the complete works of William Shakespeare . . .

. . . in one portable volume? By portable I mean the condensed onion-skin style pages (two column), unabridged, also soft-cover. Think bible. Leather-bound would be cool but isn't important. Something that I could carry around in a messenger type bag with maybe another book, paper/pens, etc. Something less bulky and heavy than the encyclopedia size books. Any help is appreciated. :)

Time is our measurement of the passing moments using the sun and rotations and whatnot. But wouldn't life be better if we just never measured it??

I had thought for a long, long time that we are no different from other animals on this earth. But just recently, the other day, I realized that the only real huge difference between animals and humans is that animals, no matter how mean and cruel, are innocent, and we are not.

And what does this statement mean? To me it means that we are in control of ourselves. And to me to be in control of myself is to be the god of myself. So in that sense we are each individually divine from the start. We just have these damn addictions that make it hard to stay divine (or in control).

My question is, "does anyone have any mature\semi-intelligent comments on this idea?"

I'm interested in what people believe and ideas people have, and not interested in offending anyone. So if what I say does offend you, I sincerely apologize and want your honest opinion on the subject. Thanks for your time.

I am writing an historical romance set in the early Victorian era, about 1840's, and i need some help finding:

-the layouts of houses (what they called the rooms and where they went there at what times of the day etc.)
-some jobs that the richer men had
-a few key words and phrases of the time?-not sure about that one
-what sort of clothes they wore (i cant seem to find anything on the internet before the 1850's!?-plus there arent any pictures.

could somebody maybe give me a website or something to point me in the right direction. need anything on the info above.

Thanks, Alice in Wonderland *

I finally read The Da Vinci Code (yeah, I know, I'm probably one of the last people to get around to reading it!) I want to know, what did you think of The Da Vinci Code as a novel? Did you like it? Do you think it was well written?

There is no such a thing in my previous religion about killing Jews and Christians. They are both valid religions in Islam. However, people do not like to see their children and family death. Israel government killed thousand of thousands of humans in Palestine. This made Muslims angry but it was not normal people who caused the death of thousand of humans in 9 11 terror attack.
How do you think a poor man who is hungry with having no access to technology can do 9 11 attack if he were not sported by certain organization.
Now, please pay attention, the economy of Arab countries is depended on America s economy. Also, Arabs know that their military power is no match for American military power.
So , what do you think they would do such a silly attack and turn America against themselves.
Because they think, Christians and Jew are infidel and they should die.
If you think that way, unfortunately I have to say you are wrong .
