Real writers write because they have to,they love words and stories bubble from an internal spring and demand to be given life, not because they are bored. If you are bored and just feel the need to write, start a journal and write about your life. Leave the novels to those with the passion and vision.

i know how you feel luv, i have been writing stopries since i was a little girl and am still going. whenever i get one fabulours story into my head i always, always! get bored of it and start another, then another, then another until i have loads on my laptop. But do you know what happened to me a few months ago? i had brilliant stories on my old laptop which was about seven years old i think (the laptop, not the stories) and it had been playing up a bit lately and i booted it up to save all of my work onto the little giggabite thingy before it completely crashed...and it chose that very moment to crash losing me over 2 years of writing and ideas. But i now have a brand new laptop which i got for christmas and am starting new stories all over again.
A bit of advice when writing your stories SAVE IT ONTO EVERYTHING!!! Write it all down, save onto at least two computers, check for viruses etc. because i didn't and it has been eating away at me. Oh man, i had SUCH a good story going too, could have actually finished it too!
Genres to consider:
-Horror
*mass murderers, vampires, werewolves and other creatures killing (Look at Anite blake vampire novels by Laurell. K. Hamilton)
-Romance (or an historical romance)
(look up sherallyn kenyons dark hunter novels)
-Mystery
a girl searching out the secret behind her strange new family
-Crime
Some form of a rogue detective-has to be really fit though!;)
-Fantasy
dragons, think hobbits! elves, mysterious and magical words in which fearies are full sized like people
-Script?-never done that in my life but you never know, you might find a new talent. if you can draw how about testing out doing a mangs?
You never know.
Luv Alice in Wonderland

Not many ppl when are bored, they write a book. You can write a book about your fillings, if you are a rebel you can write a book about freedom and liberty of express yourself.you can also write a book about style or shopping if this are your hobbyes. You can write a book about an adventure or a romance book if you are in love of somebody. This are my ideas.Succes!

i believe what you meant by alliterate was illiterate because alliterate is two words with the same initial sound like willy and wally, that just dosn't make sense for what i think you're trying to say.

How to avoid boredom, or what to do if you find that you are bored. I always thought that boredom was an insult to the intelligence of the bored!
