has anyone heard of this poem? Some things are so precious its so very hard to say until anothers judgement means a bitter parting day, and now through winters icy chill it's you my darling i think of still, though ice and snow conspire to chill your warmth and love they never will and just as the spring will dawn anew, with sweet spring flowers struggling through, I'll bid this place no fond adue to take my rightful placed to be with you. Is this a famous poem, have you heard of it and what is the meaning of it? Who's judgement do you think it refers to?

After you finished paint, do you put your signature on it? How do you do that? What kind of material I have to use?

I've never done this before but I've written a children's story which I think is unique. ( I know, I know, every aspiring author thinks that) anyway, how can I narrow down my search to the publishers that would be the most likely to show interest?
Breifly, the story is about a single mother who takes up surfing. It has it's roots in a real life individual I know and I've adapted her story to a children's-style storytelling. (at least I think I have).

Does anyone have any information on Bernadette Lambrecht, the Belgian artist ? I have relatives that have an original artwork of hers (a soft sculpture relief of multiple pears from 1970). Anyway, we don't know much about her, or how much the piece might be worth, and we are quite curious. Thanks.

I have a film production company, Perpetual Motion, Inc., and I need some help with the logo. I have a glowing infinity sign shown here
http://www.thehaxor.net/images/glowing-infinity-sign.jpg. Then I want Perpetual on top of the sign and then Motion, Inc. underneath. What do you think of that? Is there any color of the font that I should use or is there any special font I should use??? I would love your suggestions.

I am a British student hoping to study in the States next year. I will need around 5,000GBP to do this. (I study fine art also known as visual arts).

I plan to work part time and sell some of my possessions on eBay.

Please could anyone else tell me if there is anywhere I could apply for sponsorship?

I also want to set up a site for my friends to donate money - even if it's only a pound it all helps!

Thanks in advance for all sensible answers.

I walk around and meet inner city bums, I give them a piece of paper and a pen and ask them to write anything they would like. I compile around 200-500 bum stories/writings from various cities, I put in my own passages between bum entries and I make a book.

Second idea, I live off of $1 a day for a year and write about my experience. I keep my job, I get ride of all my unnecessary expenses and try to save all of my income for the year except for $365 (a little less than one weeks pay). This idea was inspired by the estimate that around half the world's population lives off of less than a dollar a day.

Last idea, a fictional story about a young boy named Gary. On his 11th birthday, young Gary Putter discovers the life he never knew he had, the life of a wizard. Gary attends the famous Analwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry to start his 7 year long wizard education. On his way to becoming a wizard Gary overcomes various exciting obstacles...

Nobody better steel my ideas now!

If you died, and it turned out there was actually a god, believe in him or not, and you could ask him just one question (excluding "what is the meaning of life?")
What would it be?

If you have the right to live, so you should have the right to put an end to it as well. Is there any obligation to live a life that you don't want? It is not rational to force people to behave in the way that is supposed to be acceptable by majority. If you live in the way that others approve, there would be no problem and everbody look at you as a normal citizen. But when you want to decide about your own death, you will be called mentally ill. Why others think they can judge for your life better than you? Is the society or anybody allowed to decide on your behalf?
