Many grants (on art deadline lists etc.) seem to be museum-based, but this'd be in a public area. I don't have much money, but I think this idea has merit and would affect many people. I'm based in NYC. Thanks!

Hello,

I'm writing a history of Carthage for my final project in world history class... I thought it would make an interesting contrast in my introduction to state the number of books composed on the subject of the Roman Empire (or the History of Rome in general) versus the number of works written about Carthage... I logged onto the Library of Congress website and did a subject search for "Roman Empire" with no luck.... a search for Rome yieled thousands of results in hundreds of sub-categories!!!

To get to the point, I was wondering if anyone has read somewhere (either online or in text) the number of books made about the topic of Roman History/Empire. If anyone knows the answer, can you cite the source of where you read it??

Thank you graciously to all those who can help or provide insight!!!

Peace out.

to get caught up in each moment, ignoring the future but enjoying the present, or to allow life to be 'what's happening while you're busy making other plans'?

I think Neville will be the one that kills Voldemort and die by doing it. I think Harry was the red herring all this time.

It's not Nobby Nobbs or any of The Watch.
I could give you a clue but that would be like cutting my own throat, and it ain't Dibbler either.

I read this book some time back and was wondering about few things. Surely this is a work of fiction, but it also claims to depict real life incidences from erswhile Japan. I was thinking as to how many of these practices were really widespread or a lot in this book is plain hype to grab attention and then money from readers.
