What would one analyze from this statement?

I finished this late last night and as I look at it I know there’s something wrong here. I’m not talking about the subject matter or message. But something is terribly off. And for the life of me I can't figure it out. Is it perhaps in the perspective? The color schemes? The table and chairs or the plants? What do you see oddly off-kilter here?

These are family film negatives that are 40 to 70 years old - many hundreds of them, many different sizes and quality. How best to magnify or see them to identify the people and places in order to decide which ones to print? Is there an inexpensive machine I can buy and use at home that will help me really see and understand what I'm viewing?

I feel i can write quite well, feel intensely and can describe situations and feel i see things in a different way sometimes. I am constantly thinking up phrases, descriptions and sentences in my mind that I think i should put down on paper and indeed have. I dont know the question really, I have had many experiences in life due to mental illness, separation, anger and prejudice and feel i have some hope to offer maybe??
