What the hell are you reading girl? Wow, that is the most racist thing I've ever heard, the author is probably a member of the KKK. Well, logically that means that it is not the color of the "*****" or his physical characteristics, the ones that make him inferior, his inferiority is just determined by his nature, his inferior mind, in short, that is just stupid by nature. That's it, and it's the most nonsense I've ever heard, we all are humans (black, white, half breed, it doesnt matter), and we all are different, with different skills, but we all are intelligent, in a way or another, I know black people who are extremely smart,or were, what do you say of Martin Luther King, or Nelson Mandela? Or hundreds more.
An example of how a white can be incredibly dumb and intolerant is the one who wrote or said that.

It says that the ***** is treated worse or lower not because of his skin, but because of his inferior or lower mental ability, which is given to him by nature. It says that ****** cannot be intelligent!

According to the author of that quote, black people are "inferior" because they lack the intellectual ability of white people rather than being inferior because their skin is darker.

Unfortunately, people once thought this way. A very similiar statement was once made in support of the oppression of women as well.

It means that black people aren't inferior to whites because of their skin color, they are inferior because they are naturally stupider. This has been disproven, by the way-- there are many examples of outstanding intelligence and leadership in our society-- Colin Powell, Barack Obama and Condoleezza Rice to name just a few. There are stupid black people and stupid white people, and skin color has nothing to do with it.
