I did this last fall and until now have never shown it to anyone except a few friends. It’s not because I’m not happy with the results that I haven’t shown it before. But because I don't like the painting. Still, I don't want to discard it or paint over it..

(Yes, these are it's true colors. I get the opaque sheen effect from adding clear gesso. Creepy, huh! If you're brave enough, you can enlarge the image by clicking on it.)

Have you ever, as an artist, created a work, a sculpture or painting or drawing, and looked at it afterwords and wondered to yourself, ‘What the hell have I done here?’ You ever create something that you don’t personally like after it’s finished but still won’t throw away or paint over? That even if you don't like it you still feel that it will have some meaning to others? Or do you just say the hell with it and paint over it anyway? Or, like me, keep it put away out of sight?

Aryans are nomads and intruders to the indus valley whom introduced Sanskrit, they have fabricated a number of things, changed lots of things, well taking a look at the caste system introduced by the Aryans, jus to escalate themselve, just to cover the fact of they being known as nomads and intruders, the Aryans created the caste system and forced it into the Indian way of life which is presently known as Hinduism and that caste system really influeced the life of all Indians which sets a barrier among fellow Indians of being equal in general, the system actually tortured it"s own people heavily which infact set the path for preecehers to take advantage of this system and convert the Indians to Christianity and such...
Suppose it had not been introduced had we lost most of our brothers and sisters to another faith ?
Has Aryans very much polluted the Indians" way of life ?
Arn"t they the root setters for all these ?

Im a freshmen and I auditioned for advanced choir at my highschool and I got in. Most of the people in there range from 15 years to 18 years, with only a few freshmen. However, some of the freshmen already turned 15, and there is a large difference between a 13 year old singing voice and a 16 year olds. I skipped a grade, but nobody knows that. So, my choir teacher expects me to have such a mature sounding voice but its hard! How can i make my voice sound fuller without harming it? How can I make it sound more mature? (Somebody once told me that vocal chords dont come together until your about 15, which makes the voice stronger and fuller, i have a whole year until i turn 14! what to do until then?) i would REALLY appreciate any help anybody could give me - i want to do well in my choir!

I'm working on understanding Andrew Jackson a little bit better because he was such a controversial figure. We know that he was mainly elected on the basis of representing the "common man".

I'm looking for ways that Jackson increased the power of the President's office and how at the time, he contradicted the common man image.

Thanks

I love the Sloppy Firsts Trilogy by Megan McCafferty, but I know once I'm finished with the last of them (and my David Sedaris novel), I'll be clueless on what to read next! Does anyone have suggestions for me? I'm mostly looking for humorous books since I'm buying them for an exhaustingly long plane ride, but with sophisticated humor, if you know what I mean. Nothing too obnoxious.

My grandfather was in this group in PA. He was Black Dutch. I want to know if it is somehow connected to American Indians or Black Dutch. He was also a Mason. Is it somehow a division of Masons? I would appreciate any valid information you can give me.
