I ask myself this often and here are a couple of conclusions iv'e thought of.

1. We were put here by Aliens for later harvesting.

2. We are nothing more than a mistake or fluke if you will.

3. God put us here. and if he did I don't know why.

They are just some of my useless thoughts.

What are yours? and not necessarily useless.

title:waterfall

Sitting by a water fall
how peaceful and sound.

It's the perfect place
to sit around.

i step into the water,
but the current is strong.

Peaceful it sounds,
but strong all along.

So maybe i'll wait till
i calm down, and
i'll just have a look
at nature for now.

I am a translator and I need to know the actual meaning of 'throwing a fit' as mentioned in the following sentence:

Courtney Love threw a fit at a Sundance gathering when the wife of the Hollywood Reporter's chief film critic took her picture, Variety reported.

I am supposed to be able to work flexible hours, and it is the way of working that I like best. Not because I am lazy, I just think it is pointless sitting at my desk, when I am bored, tired or unmotivated. I might as well go home early and make up the hours at a later date. However I always feel guilty saying, right I'm off now!!! So instead I sit here aimlessly on the web!!!

could you adapt to not having a vehicle that is poisoning our air and keeps the world in a struggle and war for oil and all the rat race habits related to owning a car: payments, maintenance, insurance etc.

Is there an alternative lifestyle we could invent besides going back to horses and electric cars??

Okay here are the rules for all who play:
1.Do not bring religious Prattling/Rambling/mumbling/babbling/banter or polarization into the question, another words we really don’t need a holy war here.
2.Be respectful of others questions
3.Please # or alphabetization your answers
4.Read thoroughly and then answer; because nobody likes a half-a**ed answerer. It makes one look less educated.
5.There will be more then one of these questions because there are only 1000 words allowed here.
6.This is a q & a; session, I question, you answer!

Okay, here we go:
A.What is your first name and last initial?
B.What is your favorite Holiday?
C.What is your religion?
D.Why do you believe in this religion?
E.Is it a religion, and not a faith based belief system? Because not all religions are religions. Some faiths mistaken for religions.
F.Do you have children?
G.Are you going to force them into what you believe?
