I don't know, zig. I'm in the same boat. I get SO MAD when I'm behind people who are actually driving the speed limit. How dare they? ;-)

I will go just a little above the speed limit but have not gotten a speeding ticket in 35 years of driving. I definitely do not drive more that 6 or 7 mph above the speed limit and am often the slowest thing on the road. And I've owned a Porsche since 1988!

Only on the highways and never more than 5-7 miles above the posted limit. (I guess it's not really speeding, but still, it's faster than the limit). Never through construction sights, or neighborhoods/subdivisions.
Get something with a cruse control and use it and make yourself leave it sat at the posted limit.
You might see 'the fuzz' on the side of the road, but what about the one that hides on the entrance ramps waiting for you? I've seen them do that, too.
Also seen them stand on a pedestrian overpass for the highway and use the radar gun while they have chase cars sitting off down the road waiting for you.

Tickets for speeding, and seeing bad wrecks might
help you slow down.

you don"t have to be a drunk driver to be a danger to others , I don't know how old you are but when you have to bury a family member or friend you"ll understand that the world is just moveing too fast anyway, and the life you save may be your own.
