What are the themes that recur in Churchill's famous speeches? Are they simply inspirational messages or do they convey any of the substantive issues of the conflict?

In sci-fi shows which involve the main characters travelling back into their own pasts, protagonists are often warned that touching their past selves will cause a paradox (for example, in the Doctor Who episode 'Father's Day'). If you accept that being part of your own timeline is possible without causing a paradox, why does the act of two versions of yourself from two different times touching cause one?

Being born means coming into reality, a harsh world of many things we must deal with. We find things that help us deal with life. The choice of death scares us. Simply not being born would mean the latter, of not death or life just simply non-existing

The purpose of life, did we simply get these purposes from society? and the world we live in? did we learn them from the media? These are purposes man made up. I'm sure the meaning of life had different meanings throughout time. However the true one should never be able to change.

...I am looking for a list of stageplays that are frequently used in high schools, that are famous most of all for a kissing scene. I'm writing something, and need something good for the characters to allude to (a play that they would have been in in HS). It would be a big help, thanks in advance.

Last night one of my questions got removed for the violation of rules. It was no question, just a simple message, I have no qualms about it. But, it had inspired some of the most beautiful answers I have read until now on Yahoo Answers.

You don't always need questions to arouse responses. Even a word or statement may lead to some fabulous insight into what others have to share on a particular situation.

So, is it better to ask questions like "How???" or "Ye???" and get three dozen answers such as "nope", "yup" or "maybe", or is it ok to be crucified for having got conveyed and shared some beautiful ideas?

How far do you think I was wrong in choosing the latter?
