Though some modern scholars place "Sheba" in Ethiopia or Yemen, the truth is, we're not sure WHERE Sheba was. It's only mentioned in connection with the Queen of Sheba herself and archaeologists have never found any physical clues to conclusively prove modern hypotheses (which are based, mainly, on the Biblical description).

Sheba is the historical kingdom mentioned in the Old Testament and the Qur'an. The exact geographical location is disputed between Yemen and Ethiopia, but most agree it is located in Yemen. The Queen of Sheba is therefore from this kingdom.
