I just asked two very offensive questions and most of the answers from women were restrained. Why don't you say what is really on your mind? I don't think we can get past all this ignorance without speaking the truth for fear of offending somebody. Would you agree?

shouldn't women be running the world? I mean women are the true life givers on the planet. Man cannot bare fruit, they are actually just walking sperm banks. We can kill all men except 5 and life would go on....but leave 5 women and civilization would end really fast.

What I mean is, I've tried to read The Power of Now and while a friend of mine says that Eckhart spoon feeds you the truth, I didn't find it all that easy to understand. I'm sure the message is important and the concept can change your life, but I'm finding it hard to grasp. Anyone know of any other books or authors who explain enlightenment in laymens' terms?

I want to get my first typewriter. Can someone tell me from experience: the difference between electronic and manual typewriters; what model was most dynamic or comfortable for you to use; what is your favourite typewriter; where to buy a typewriter (online and stores); and your experiences with a typewriter? I want to know what to look for.

If it means anything, I want a manual typewriter. Are there any guides out there? Are there guidelines? Any reliable/unreliable brands? I can't seem to find this information online.

I took one Art History course last year for my general education requirements and I fell in love with it. In fact, I did so well that I decided that this was something I could definitely get into for the rest of my life. It encompasses everything I love- history, philosophy, theology, and human psychology. However, what does one do with such a degree? Become a historian or a curator? Study to become a professor? I'm curious if anyone out there has a similar degree or predicament.
