I really like to grasp the readers attention and ive seen that topics of sorrow, death, mystery, old people dying really work. dont think im wierd but im looking for something like that. it can be a real life experience or fantasy or a current event. just be creative!!!! thanks

I normally classify myself as artistic. I love to draw and paint, and I'm fairly good. Art has and always been my best subject. Im 16 right now, and about six months ago I hit a block. I didn't know what to draw anymore. So I basically stopped drawing. Now I want to start again but I feel its not even the same. Are there any exercises I should practice so I can get back in the groove again?

THE CANDLE OF LIFE (my own title) this is my own poem no one gave this to me


9 little candles
whimper and shrink
dripping, dancing
and one winks


they dance and dance against the dark sky
saying hello to the dark cold night
lighting the room where die



they shrink they flicker
they are my soul
smaller and smaller they go



as the last one dies out i close my eyes
good bye


the dawn arrives
my life is gone
i look down on my body and remember
the last little flicker of my flame
my candle of life has died

Alright, I’m not a pro and I'm not going to publish any of my work or anything, but I like writing so I’ll ask this any way. I'm writing a story, it sort of a spin-off on Lost, but not as dramatic.

7 ppl survive a plane crash and end up on a deserted island. It’s their 2ed night on the island and they r getting acquainted. I'm stuck on one of the character's stories. He’s a 6 year old boy and both of his parents were killed in the crash. What I’m stuck on is why he was on the plane in the first place.

is this modeling agency legit WWW.INTERNATIONALMODELSINC.COM please advice, they are asking me that i should pay 1600 dollars to put together a portfolio and comp cards, they say they have the photographer and the cloths and everything, and that the agent willl earn 20 percent of your make. If you are hired for a Job of course please advice. They are also a talent agency and an etiquette school. Please tell me what you think.
