3herniated (neck): 2 buldges (mid-back) 3 buldges, 1 hernaition (low back). I live in new york and my no-fault coverage was cut off around June. I still have pain and I am still taking pain meds (percocet). I haven't been able to work due to the pain and depression that has set in since i've also rarely left my house since the accident. The lawyers tell me that i'm only entitled to the minimum settlement ($25,000) since both he and I have the minimum coverage on our automobiles. The accident has also left me without an atuomobile. My lawyers also will not do an assest check on the guy who crashed into me; one reason was because the guy could hide his assests once he knew there was a check being ran (total nonsense excuses). Am i wrong in thinking that my lawyers are lying to me (not that lawyers are known for telling the truth)? Is an assest check an absurd request for a 24 year old, who was in excellent shape and mind be4? more money would be nice, expenses is goal!

What I want you to do is to tell me the songs you would want on your tribute albumn. You can have between 5-15 songs on your albumn. Here is my list.

You can choose any songs you want. I just choose a lot of old bands to be featured in my albumn because I respect them the most.

how do you explain a person (for 4 years of marriage) telling me that the large scar on his foot was due to stepping on a booby trap in vietnam and that the large scar on his side was from being hit by explosives and lying in a riverbed in vietnam? i just found out from his sister that they were both surgical scars from his childhood. i fell in love with a "war hero," who says he drove for pierre salinger and others, but his dd214 says nothing about anything, including ever even having been in vietnam. (he also says he was a seal/frogman) but his dd214 says nothing about any of this. we are separated, and i'm still in shock. i'm having a hard time understanding that someone could actually be such a liar. some people say that vietnam service in 1961-1965 was kept secret and off the dd214s, but that still doesn't excuse the other lies.

Describe the courses of study and the unique characteristics of the University of Pennsylvania that most interest you. Why do these interests make you a good match for Penn?


When I began my college search, I wanted to make sure that I remained detached from the schools I was researching. This would allow me to make objective decisions about where to apply; and, I hoped, ensure the best possible college experience. Now, as I near the end of the application process, I find myself attached to one school: the University of Pennsylvania, at a much deeper level then I would have originally hoped. The reasons for this attachment are many, and are a testament to Penn’s (and in particular Wharton’s) innovative and unique methods.
The first aspect of Wharton that caught my eye was its phenomenal faculty. I have read several books by professors at Wharton and was struck by not only their business acumen, but also the great depth of their thinking and elegant style. By being around this incredible staff, I hope to absorb some of their finesse and manner as well as their knowledge.
While I believe the professors at Wharton, and Penn in general, are the best in the country, it is not impossible to find other universities with comparable staffs. This is why the curriculum at Wharton is perhaps what most defines the program. As a Wharton undergraduate, I will be able to begin taking business classes freshman year. This intertwining of business and liberal arts classes, combined with the great range and flexibility of offered courses, set Wharton apart.
Another feature of Penn that greatly appeals to me is the Jerome Fisher program in management and technology. In addition to business, I have always been interested in computer engineering. The Jerome Fisher program will allow me to not only earn degrees in both areas, but will help me to connect the two fields in an intimate way.
Besides the more tangible reasons for my interest in Penn, there is something about the University that is hard to describe. While I was not able to visit the campus, I picked up a sense of community and purpose from comments made by students and the pictures shown on the website. I believe that I can add to this community in many ways, and ask that the reader(s) consider my application carefully.

In around May I am planning on buying some new toys. I wanted to know if I should spend all of my money on a Macbook pro, so that I can photo and video edit. Or Buy a 2.2ghz Black Macbook and a Nikon D80 digital SLR camera. Right now I am borrowing someones camera so I would use that as my camera, but I think they will want it back soon. If I get the Macbook pro, I still will need a camera but I can maybe still borrow the person's camera then buy my own camera shortly after. Also video editing on a laptop is not a must, becasue I have a very powerful desktop at home. So what do you think?

also, does spring, summer, and fall irritates the skin by drying it out? i have acne skin so i really dont wanna irriate my skin and worsen my acne...So does winter irritates the skin? does summer irriate skin? spring, fall? And also, does a heater dry up the skin? it's really cold, i wanna use a heater, but i think it might irriate my skin and worsen my acne.

I bought some top blade steaks a few days ago and have had them in the fridge. The sell by date is December 29th. I don't plan to use them until tomorrow night (31st) or the night after depending on if he have plans tomorrow night or not. Will they still be good by then?

If a man is fed up and unhappy in his marriage why does he stay with his wife and then just go out and cheat?

Most cheating is caught so he knows he is running a huge risk so why do they do it?

Hi there!
My fiance wanted to go into the marines but found somethig else he likes better in the air force.
His recruiter lied to him (and me) like crazy and either he wasn't listening or they tricked him a MEPS but anyway.. the question i have is..

When he was at MEPS he signed a contract (he told ME, he could have lied to me, but he told me they told him he had to sign this at MEPS to continue getting a physical and all) and then he said he swore in because "everyone had to swear in".
*Don't ask me why he didn't really read the contract or why he didn't ask why they were swearing him in, I have NO idea & I'd like to know too LOL

Anyway, I know his recruiter will tell him he is in and he HAS to go. Is there anyway he can get out and get into the air force like he wants?

**Please BE NICE lol I know some people on here are fiesty**
