I agree, this weeks games were so lame they weren't even worth watching and my team had nothing to lose because they already clinched. Every game i watched today was pitiful, lastnights game on the other hand that was worth watching i am not a giants fan but they deff surprised me they played a great game.

I hope you are only kidding. Don't let the haters get to you. The Yankees have money to spend and if other people do not like it, then too bad. I am not very fond of the Yanks, but it is not because of their money or success; I live in California and I do not care for any of the eastern teams. I don't root against them or hate on them, I am just indifferent to how they do. If they win, cool. If not, that's cool too. I know I am not the only fan who feels that way. I always considered myself a fan of MLB, not just the A's. I do not hate any team, and I certainly would not be upset over a team having money and getting good players. It only makes sense. If one has the money to spend, they spend it. I consider the opinions of the haters on this site, and other sites, to be completely irrelevant, and insignificant. Other question: I'll just keep doing what I'm doing, minus watching baseball. It will give me more time after my workouts to play ball with my brother and hang out with my family.

There would still be a last game. If your team is already in the playoffs, why not? Why play your best players and risk their being injured when it's a game that doesn't matter for your team.

You telling me the Giants didn't give a run for NE's money? they had Brady in, what more do you want? If a team cannot improve their position by putting it all on the line and the playoffs loom, what do you THINK is going to happen? If you're a player that gets a bonus if you get to the championship/Superbowl, are you going to want to be rested? I THINK so! Quit your whining, and if you don't like it, don't watch!

Ok so they take away week 17. Then teams will lay down week 16. It's impossible to avoid.

Dude i so agree with you. They pay money to watch the backups play. They should at least bring the price down. Plus the browns shoulda made it.

To angry browns fan:
Instead of relying on our BENCH to make your playoff dreams a reality, why dont you try actually doing that yourself? Oh wait, you choked when you had that chance, didn't you?
Our team is riddled with injuries, and we weren't going to risk another one, when we have a superbowl to get to.
Enjoy watching the playoffs from your couch. Next year, dont rely on another team...try doing it yourself.
See you in the playoffs...oops! nevermind!
Sincerely,
The Colts fans.

Cowboys laid down and Colts also. At least the Giants and Pats put on a good show.

right, that last game should just be forfeited, except that the dominant team could just use the game to prepare the 2nd and 3rd string players.

I hear that, why would you want to go or pay the price to go to see a game like the Colts/Titans? That was poor management.
