I know every belief system goes through some kind of criticism, but Mormons really have it bad compared to others. The criticism of their faith often goes beyond their beliefs and leads to attacks against the people themselves. Most Mormons are kind and moral people, so why do so many non-Mormons think it's justifiable to attack them? Even some so-called "loving Christians" think it's perfectly okay to trash them. I haven't seen too many religious groups of people that get joked/trashed on more often than Mormons. What makes them such a common target for criticism?

How much of lost energy would be expected on this experiment?

Let's say you have a tunnel of 1 and 10mm diameter at 50m of sea level. The length of the tunnel is 1m. At the beginning of the tunnel but 50mm inside you have 1m diameter 2 blades aircraft propeller turning at the speed of 100kph. The propeller is set up on the tunnel as you would have set up on your small aircraft, meaning to pull the aircraft forward.

Behind the propeller another propeller (exact the same propeller as the first) so that the air being forced through the tunnel would spin the propeller. The distance between the two propellers is 300mm.

Would the second propeller spin as fast as the operating propeller (motorised)? No, certainly not you would say because of friction, heat and maybe other factors as well.

How much of energy wasted are we talking about here? what would be the difference in speed between the two propellers? what speed would you expect the second propeller to spin?

After the diviorce, I was paying child support. however, I moved and wasn't working for 4 mos. I sent what I could and still gave my kids anything they wanted. Now that I'm working again i'm paying back child support(which I don't mind at all) but all the letters from the TX attorney general makes me out to be a deadbeat dad and I'm not. I can't even pay my bills and barely afford to live with in my means and now they tell me their going to take my tax return, too? What rights do men have? Is the law gender biast? All I get from the TX att. gen. office is " That's the law...". Can someone give me advice about a fathers rights...

HELP my mom smokes like 3 packs a day and wastes money on dang cigarettes! I am sick of it! She refuses to even TRY nicotine gum or anything. To make a long story short: I'm recently married to my wonderful husband. We love eachother deeply. Our relationship is great. He lives with me and whats left of my family, invited by my mom herself. She loves him too, as well as my sisters. The only ppl who have a problem with us being married are my brothers and my dad. Now, my dad left us cold 5 years ago when he and my mom had an ugly split. No phone calls. No money. No "how are you's". Nothing. My mom had to work 3 jobs to support us and now we're back on our feet SOLELY thanks to her. Us kids are all grown now (the youngest is my 18yr old sister). We have our own apartment again(we had to live with my grandma for 3 years) and my dad has been coming around trying to measle his way back into our lives. My mom doesn't want him back but doesn't have the heart to tell him he can't visit. Here's the deal: he interferes with everything. I already had a hard enough time with my jack *** brother giving me hell and my husband hell...

I always wondered that.. My two classmates started a relationship, when they just have casual sex. Earlier, I asked a question about my class giving each other lap dances. Now two of them are starting to have casual sex. I just found out when my friends was calling and texting me. The sad part is that that was their first time. Now when they walk by each other, they act like they don't know each other! What the heck! Isn't sex suppose to be emotional especially with their first one? One is 16 and the other is 13.
