Yes. Half of the people who consider themselves Christian are members of the Roman Catholic Church. Another quarter are members of Orthodox churches. Only a quarter of the people in the world who consider themselves Christian are protestants. This includes Jehova's Witnesses as well as Mormons. Though they make up such small numbers that they don't skew the percentages much at all.

Not sure, I'd have to check the CIA Fact Book. Technically LDS is not Christian and JW is nominally so, but for classification purposes they may be lumped in.

Catholics are included in that figure and make up the majority, like over 75%, not sure of the exact figure.

It doesnt matter what religion you are you are still classed as a christian. I was taught that christians are people who believe in God and in Jesus Christ and in the Holy Spirit.
